Introducing Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles’ 2025 Southeastern Designer Showhouse, located in the heart of Buckhead, for a designer dream home benefiting Atlanta-based nonprofit Hope Heals. 

The 10th annual event is open to the public for tours on four consecutive weekends from April 17th - May 11th, 2025. 

Located near Chastain Park, the 10,000-square-foot Showhouse will feature impeccably decorated rooms brought to life by more than 20 renowned Southern interior designers from Melanie Turner to Evan Millard and Honey Collins to Jared Hughes. 

Open for tours Thursdays through Sundays, the Showhouse is presented by builder Cole Construction with exterior architecture by William T.l Baker; interior architecture and specifications by SOURCE and landscape architecture by Land Plus.

PARKING

Parking is NOT available on site. Shuttle Parking will be located at Piedmont Center, 3535 Piedmont Rd. NW, Atlanta, GA 30305. Enter at Driveway B (at the stoplight) and follow Showhouse signage toward Building 14. Park only in the Showhouse-designated lot to receive complimentary parking.

Our shuttle will start running for the day at 9:45 a.m. (Thursday through Saturday) and 12:45 p.m. (Sundays) and will bring you up to the Showhouse. The shuttle will run all day. There is absolutely no parking on Blackland. To reach our shuttle driver, please call Trent: 404-775-8096.

* Admission and special events tickets purchased online or onsite at Southeastern Designer Showhouse  (SDSG) are date- and event-specific. Tickets are valid only for the date and time of admission listed on the ticket. For directions on changing the date on your ticket, click here. 

* ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The showhouse is not handicap-accessible. Strollers and Scooters are not allowed inside.
