2025 Southeastern Designer Showhouse & Gardens

Introducing Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles’ 2025 Southeastern Designer Showhouse, located in the heart of Buckhead, for a designer dream home benefiting Atlanta-based nonprofit Hope Heals. 

Located near Chastain Park, the 10th annual event is open to the public for tours on four consecutive weekends from April 17th - May 11th, 2025. 

The 10,000-square-foot Showhouse will feature impeccably decorated rooms brought to life by more than 20 renowned Southern interior designers from Melanie Turner to Evan Millard and Honey Collins to Jared Hughes. 

Open for tours Thursdays through Sundays, the Showhouse is presented by builder Cole Construction with exterior architecture by William T.l Baker; interior archtecture and specifications by SOURCE and landscape architecture by Land Plus.
